When booking your procedure(s) with Artistry Of Permanent Makeup, a $100 deposit is required for each procedure you wish to have done. This is to hold your time slot. The $100 deposit is then applied to your procedure.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within 48 hours, otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule your procedure for another time, we will apply the $100 deposit to your procedure when you come in.
