Q: While shopping around, I noticed that your prices are higher than some? Why is that?
A: When deciding on permanent makeup, price shouldn't be the only factor you use when deciding who does your procedure(s). With price comes experience, and I can tell you that I have 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, and thousands of permanent makeup procedures already successfully performed. Yes, my prices may be a little more than others, but feel secure in knowing that your face isn't the tenth or twentieth one I've worked on - I've worked on thousands of faces. Therfore, I have all the confidence in the world that when you walk into my shop, you will leave extremely happy and completely satisfied.

Q: I'm thinking about having at least two procedures done, but I wanted to know if I should do them at the same time or at different times?
A: The first benefit to doing them at the same time is that you will save $100 right off the top, so that's a nice advantage. The second benefit is, if you do both procedures at the same time, which I highly recommend, you will heal at the same time, and you'll come in for any potential touch-ups at the same time, so it's much easier to manage. Over the years, my experience is that my clients always seem to be happier that they had both procedures done at once.

Q: Can regular makeup be put over top of permanent makeup?
A: The answer is YES. I work with your natural facial features to enhance them to their fullest. This natural look allows you to apply normal cosmetics over your "Permanent Makeup" for color variety. Therefore, without any applied makeup, you are always naturally enhanced with your AOPMSD permanent makeup!

Q: I've heard that getting permanent makeup can be painful. Is this true?
A: I use a topical anesthetic which is applied prior, and, if needed, during each procedure to numb the epidermis and help ease any discomfort. Every client is different - some will feel vibrating or scratching, and some will feel nothing at all. I do everything in my power to eliminate any pain.

Q: How safe is it to get permanent makeup?
A: All technicians must follow strict hygiene and sterilization procedures that conform to OSHA and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidlines. Having said that, some may not, but I can assure you that I do.

Q: Why is a $100 deposit per procedure required to hold my appointment?
A: I try to accommodate everyone's busy schedule when booking their appointment, so when someone cancels on me at the last minute, most often, I am not able to fill that time slot, and therefore, I lose business. The deposit is simply your promise to me that you are going to come in and have the procedure done, otherwise, I will book someone else into that time slot.
